Our software team are on hand to support you. As imio is our own product the person supporting your system will have a first-hand knowledge of the software itself and any bespoke changes made for you meaning that most issues can be easily resolved.

We offer all levels of support ranging from

Non –SLA (email only)

Monday to Friday 9-5 (remote support)

Monday to Sunday – 24/7 (remote support)

Each support agreement is bespoke to your requirements and is priced accordingly.

We offer 1 hour guaranteed acknowledgement time.
